TERMS OF SERVICE
CaribVitals Health Ltd
Connecting Care. Empowering Health.
Terms of Service
Effective 22 September 2026 | Version 1.4
Summary
CaribVitals is non-clinical. We organize, track and support continuity of health and wellness information between healthcare visits. We do not diagnose, prescribe, provide emergency care, or replace your doctor or other healthcare professional.
Core service is prepaid before onboarding. After the required core payment is verified, CaribVitals sends the onboarding process. Payment purchases the stated service period rather than individual days of use. Add-on interest may then be selected during onboarding, but an add-on is not active until its separate payment is verified.
Your CaribVitals month is based on your Activation Date, not the calendar month. If your Activation Date is 25 September, your first monthly service and reporting period ordinarily runs from 25 September through 24 October. Your first monthly report is prepared only after that period closes and is then processed according to your assigned CaribVitals reporting schedule; it is not automatically generated on 30 September.
CaribVitals plans do not automatically renew and CaribVitals does not automatically charge for a new service period. A prepaid plan covers only its recorded service period. If you cancel during an active paid period, CaribVitals will stop the existing plan from the confirmed cancellation date, but unused time is not ordinarily refundable. If you later want CaribVitals service again, you must resubscribe to a new plan and complete any required reactivation steps. Genuine billing errors, duplicate or unauthorized payments, verified service failures and any rights required by law remain subject to review.
Caregiver report copies are recipient-specific and prepaid one report at a time. Each authorized named caregiver/family member requires a separate TT$100 prepaid entitlement for one copy of one eligible monthly Wellness Report. A new payment is required for each consecutive monthly report the caregiver is to receive. There is no automatic renewal or automatic charge.
Consent controls sharing. The Client must authorize the named caregiver/family member before CaribVitals may deliver a report copy. The Client may revoke or change that authorization at any time. Once authorization ends, no further report copies will be delivered to that person, even if payment had already been made for an applicable report-copy entitlement.
Document Storage is optional. It is separate from core service. Losing the storage add-on does not stop CaribVitals from receiving documents needed to provide the core service.
Electronic acceptance counts. By actively accepting these Terms during onboarding or another approved electronic flow, you agree to be bound by them.
A person may help a Client complete CaribVitals forms without becoming an authorized representative, caregiver, report recipient or account decision-maker. Where the Client can understand and consent, the Client remains the person who confirms the information and accepts the applicable terms. A person acting on behalf of the Client as an Authorized Representative may be required to provide proof of authority before CaribVitals relies on that person’s instructions.

1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between CaribVitals Health Ltd. ("CaribVitals", "we", "us" or "our") and the person receiving CaribVitals services (the "Client", "you" or "your"). They also apply, where relevant, to a person who pays for or receives an authorized Caregiver/Family Member report-copy entitlement or uses another CaribVitals add-on.
These Terms govern your use of CaribVitals services, forms, communications, reports, MyCaribVitals portal functions, add-ons and related service features. They should be read together with the CaribVitals Privacy Policy, the current Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any plan- or add-on-specific information shown to you at the time of purchase or resubscription.
If a specific written offer expressly conflicts with these Terms, the specific offer controls only for the matter it addresses. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remain unaffected.
2. What CaribVitals Provides
CaribVitals is a digitally enabled, human-supported, non-clinical wellness continuity service. Our role is to help clients organize and preserve health-related information and maintain continuity between healthcare visits.
-
collecting and organizing information supplied by the Client or an authorized source;
-
supporting regular check-ins, appointment updates, health updates and document submission;
-
maintaining a structured continuity record;
-
preparing Wellness Continuity Reports or other CaribVitals reports from the information available to us;
-
providing client-support communications and operational follow-up; and
-
providing optional paid add-ons, including Caregiver/Family Member report-copy delivery and Document Storage where offered.
CaribVitals is not a medical clinic, hospital, telehealth provider, emergency service, pharmacy, laboratory, insurer or substitute for a licensed healthcare professional. CaribVitals does not diagnose conditions, prescribe or alter medication, interpret results as a clinician, direct clinical treatment, or guarantee a health outcome.
3. Eligibility and Authority to Enroll
You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement. If another person completes enrollment, onboarding, payment or service actions for you, that person must have lawful authority to do so.
Where a lawful representative, guardian, family member or other authorized person acts for a Client, CaribVitals may request reasonable verification of that authority before releasing information or accepting instructions that affect privacy, service status or report delivery.
You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement. A Client may receive assistance from another person when completing CaribVitals forms, reading questions, typing responses or providing information.
A person who merely assists the Client does not, solely because of that assistance, become an Authorized Representative, caregiver, report recipient, portal user or person entitled to access the Client’s CaribVitals information or make service decisions for the Client.
Where the Client remains able to understand and provide consent, the Client remains responsible for reviewing and confirming the information submitted and for accepting applicable service terms, privacy consents, disclosure authorizations and plan or add-on selections.
Where another person seeks to act on behalf of the Client as an Authorized Representative, CaribVitals may require reasonable verification of that person’s identity and authority before relying on instructions affecting enrollment, service status, personal information, reports, consent, disclosure or account changes. CaribVitals may place activation or the affected action on hold while authority is being verified.
Authorization to act as a representative does not automatically create a Caregiver/Family Member report-copy entitlement. A representative may receive a Wellness Report only where the Client has separately authorized that disclosure, or the representative’s verified lawful authority permits it, and any applicable Caregiver/Family Member report-copy payment requirement has been satisfied.
A person may hold more than one role only where each role is separately recorded and authorized. Assisted Form Completion, Authorized Representative status and Caregiver/Family Member report-recipient status are distinct CaribVitals roles.
4. Enrollment, Payment, Onboarding and Activation
The normal CaribVitals enrollment sequence is: core plan selection, verified core payment, onboarding, successful creation of the Client’s CaribVitals record, and activation.
The Client’s Activation Date is the date CaribVitals records as the start of active core service and is normally stated in the Welcome Letter or other official activation confirmation. The Activation Date is not necessarily the date of the initial inquiry, payment, onboarding submission, or the end of the calendar month.
The Client pays the required core plan amount before the onboarding form is issued. Receipt of a payment link, a statement that payment was made, or a payment screenshot does not by itself establish verified payment. CaribVitals must verify the applicable transaction before treating it as paid.
During onboarding, the Client may express interest in optional add-ons. Selecting an add-on during onboarding does not activate it. Where an add-on is selected, CaribVitals may issue a separate payment request after the relevant information and consent are captured. The add-on becomes active only after its own payment is verified and any required setup is complete.
A Client’s permanent CaribVitals CLIENT_ID and service history remain part of the same Client relationship through subsequent service periods, suspension, reactivation, caregiver changes and other normal lifecycle events. A Client should not be asked to create a new identity merely because a payment, plan status or caregiver status changes.
5. Service Plans, Prepayment, Service Periods, Fees and Payment Verification
Available plans, add-ons, prices, service periods and payment methods are displayed through CaribVitals’ current published service information or payment instructions. Prices may change for future purchases or later service periods. Any applicable change will be communicated before the Client purchases or pays for the affected new service period.
CaribVitals core plans and paid add-ons are prepaid for the service period or entitlement stated at purchase. A prepaid fee purchases the full stated service period; it is not a daily, weekly, or pay-as-you-use charge and is not recalculated according to the number of days on which the Client actively uses the service.
For a monthly core plan, the Client’s service and reporting cycle is client-specific and begins on the Activation Date. The cycle is not based on the first or last day of the calendar month. In general, a monthly period runs from the Activation Date through the day immediately before the corresponding date in the following month, subject to the official coverage dates recorded by CaribVitals.
Example: if the Client’s Activation Date is 25 September, the first monthly service and reporting period ordinarily runs from 25 September through 24 October. The Client does not receive a shortened first reporting period ending on 30 September merely because September is the calendar month in which the service began.
For a prepaid multi-month plan, including a three-month plan where offered, the purchase covers the complete stated term and the consecutive client-specific service/reporting periods recorded for that entitlement. The applicable recorded coverage start and end dates control where month lengths or calendar dates differ.
Core service, Caregiver/Family Member Add-On and Document Storage Add-On are separate paid entitlements. Payment for one does not automatically pay for, extend or continue another.
Payment is considered verified only when CaribVitals confirms the applicable transaction through an approved payment method or business verification process. CaribVitals may place a payment into review where there is a duplicate, mismatch, reversal, chargeback, partial payment, failed transaction, unclear reference or other payment exception.
CaribVitals may use an assigned operational reporting batch or reporting schedule to process reports after each eligible reporting period closes. The assigned batch is an administrative processing schedule only; it does not shorten, extend, or replace the Client’s prepaid service period.
6. Continuation, Grace, Suspension and Reactivation
CaribVitals plans do not automatically renew and CaribVitals does not automatically charge for a new service period. Each core plan or add-on covers only its recorded paid period. To continue service beyond that period, the Client or payer must actively resubscribe or make the required payment for the next service period through an approved CaribVitals process.
The timing of any next service period follows the Client’s recorded coverage cycle and is not automatically tied to the end of a calendar month. For example, where a Client’s monthly cycle begins on the 25th, a subsequent paid service period would ordinarily continue from the next corresponding cycle date, subject to the official coverage dates recorded by CaribVitals.
CaribVitals currently provides a seven-day (7) grace period after the applicable continuation payment due date for recurring core service and eligible recurring add-ons. This grace period is an administrative continuity window only; it is not an automatic renewal, does not create an automatic charge, and does not itself create a new paid service period. During the core grace period, normal information collection may continue, but a report that becomes due may be generated and held from delivery until payment for the next service period is verified.
If payment for the next service period remains unverified after the grace period, CaribVitals may suspend the affected service beginning on the eighth day (8) after the due date. Suspension preserves the Client’s identity, records, prior reports, folders and history, but active service delivery may stop until a new paid service period is purchased and any required checks are completed.
If a Client remains suspended for an extended period, CaribVitals may classify the account as inactive without deleting the Client’s permanent record. A returning Client will normally continue under the same CLIENT_ID and must resubscribe to an available plan. CaribVitals may request a concise information update where the service has been inactive for a significant period.
Where payment for the next service period is verified during the grace period, CaribVitals may continue the Client’s existing service cycle without interruption. Where a true suspension has already occurred, CaribVitals may begin a new paid coverage period from verified reactivation unless the payment is specifically recorded as restoring continuous coverage.
7. Caregiver / Family Member Add-On
The Caregiver/Family Member Add-On is a separate prepaid entitlement that allows one specifically named and authorized caregiver or family member to receive one copy of the Client’s eligible monthly Wellness Report. CaribVitals does not create a separate caregiver report or a separate caregiver reporting cycle.
The current price is TT$100 for one named caregiver/family member to receive one copy of one eligible monthly Wellness Report, unless CaribVitals publishes a different price before purchase.
The entitlement is report-specific. Payment for one monthly Wellness Report copy does not entitle the caregiver to receive future monthly reports. If the Client wants the same caregiver to receive the next consecutive monthly Wellness Report, a new Caregiver/Family Member Add-On payment must be made for that next report period.
-
The Caregiver/Family Member Add-On does not automatically renew and CaribVitals does not automatically charge the Client, payer, caregiver or family member for another report copy.
-
Caregiver report-copy delivery occurs only when all applicable requirements are satisfied, including the Client’s core service being active; the Client’s monthly Wellness Report being eligible for delivery; the named caregiver/family member record being current; the Client’s authorization for that named recipient being valid; the TT$100 report-copy entitlement for that applicable monthly report being verified as paid; and a valid approved delivery address being available.
-
Each additional caregiver/family member who is to receive a copy of the same monthly Wellness Report requires their own separate Client authorization, caregiver record and separate prepaid report-copy entitlement.
-
A caregiver/family member payment is linked to the named recipient and the applicable Client reporting period. It does not automatically transfer to another person or another monthly report.
-
If the Client’s core service is suspended, inactive or otherwise ineligible for report delivery, the caregiver copy cannot be issued until the Client report itself is eligible for delivery. Where appropriate, CaribVitals may communicate a non-clinical status notice without disclosing health information.
8. Caregiver Changes, Replacement and Additional Recipients
The Client controls who is authorized to receive a caregiver/family-member report copy. The Client may update a caregiver’s contact information, replace a caregiver, remove a caregiver, or revoke authorization, subject to reasonable identity and authorization checks.
CaribVitals preserves caregiver history. We do not overwrite an old caregiver record with a new person. When one caregiver is replaced, the former caregiver record is ended with the applicable date/reason and the new caregiver receives a separate caregiver record.
Caregiver report-copy payments are recipient-specific and report-period-specific. If the Client removes, replaces or revokes authorization for a caregiver after payment has been made for an applicable monthly report copy, no further delivery will be made to that person once the authorization ends. Payment does not override the Client’s consent decision.
A prepaid report-copy entitlement does not ordinarily qualify for a refund, credit or transfer solely because the Client later changes or revokes the authorized recipient. Any refund or other remedy remains subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
A replacement or additional caregiver/family member must have valid Client authorization, their own caregiver record and a separate verified prepaid entitlement before receiving a report copy. Payment made for one caregiver does not transfer to another caregiver.
CaribVitals does not automatically send historical reports to a new or replacement caregiver unless the Client separately authorizes that disclosure and CaribVitals confirms that the disclosure is appropriate.
Where more than one caregiver/family member is authorized to receive the same monthly Wellness Report, each recipient copy requires its own separate TT$100 prepaid entitlement unless CaribVitals publishes a different price before purchase.
9. Document Storage Add-On
Document Storage is an optional paid entitlement separate from core CaribVitals service. Selecting interest during onboarding does not activate Document Storage. It becomes active only after the required payment is verified and the relevant storage setup is available.
When active, Document Storage provides the additional organization/storage functionality described in CaribVitals’ current service information. It does not change CaribVitals into a medical-record custodian or healthcare provider.
If Document Storage payment lapses while core service remains active, the Client’s core CaribVitals service continues. After the applicable grace period, new optional storage/organization activity may stop. Existing stored documents may remain viewable/downloadable for up to 30 days after storage suspension, after which storage portal access may become unavailable.
CaribVitals does not automatically delete stored documents solely because the Document Storage Add-On is unpaid. Retention and deletion remain subject to CaribVitals’ Privacy Policy, records-retention procedures and applicable law.
Loss of the optional Document Storage Add-On does not prevent a Client from submitting documents that CaribVitals reasonably needs to provide the core service, such as documents connected with an appointment update, health update or continuity report.
10. Wellness Reports, Reporting Cycles and Report Delivery
CaribVitals reports are continuity and organizational tools prepared from information available to CaribVitals. They are not medical diagnoses, medical opinions, prescriptions, treatment plans or substitutes for records and advice from licensed healthcare professionals.
For a core plan that includes monthly reporting, each Wellness Report relates to the Client’s completed client-specific reporting period described in Section 5. A Client who activates part-way through a calendar month is not automatically due a report at that calendar month-end.
A monthly report is prepared only after the applicable reporting period has closed. The report is then generated and delivered according to the Client’s assigned reporting schedule or operational batch, subject to payment status, eligibility, available information, system processing and applicable service rules.
For example, where the Activation Date is 25 September and the first reporting period runs through 24 October, the first monthly report becomes eligible for processing only after 24 October. It is not due on 30 September solely because September has ended.
Report production and delivery depend on the Client’s service status, reporting eligibility, available source information, successful system processing, the assigned reporting schedule and any applicable payment or coverage rules. CaribVitals may hold delivery where an approved payment or eligibility gate has not been satisfied.
A report may contain information submitted by the Client, authorized caregiver or other permitted source. The Client is responsible for reviewing reports and notifying CaribVitals of material factual errors or changes that should be corrected in the continuity record.
Caregiver delivery, where purchased and authorized, is a second delivery of the same eligible Client report and is tracked separately from delivery to the Client.
11. Client Responsibilities and Accuracy of Information
CaribVitals depends on timely and accurate information. You agree to provide information that is truthful to the best of your knowledge and to notify CaribVitals of material changes that could affect your continuity record, including significant contact, medication, caregiver or health-information changes.
You remain responsible for your own medical decisions and for following the advice of qualified healthcare professionals. You should not delay, stop or alter treatment because of information displayed in CaribVitals, a CaribVitals report or a CaribVitals communication.
CaribVitals may correct obvious administrative errors, request clarification, or place a record into review where identity, name, payment, caregiver authorization or other material information does not match. CaribVitals will not intentionally create duplicate Client identities to bypass a data-quality exception.
12. Communications, Operating Hours and Emergencies
CaribVitals may communicate through approved channels such as email, telephone, WhatsApp, portal notices or other channels you have provided or agreed to use. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current and for using contact methods that you reasonably consider private and secure.
Normal CaribVitals operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. AST time, excluding public holidays and any separately announced closures. Messages received outside operating hours may not be reviewed until the next business period.
CaribVitals does not provide emergency or urgent medical support. Do not use CaribVitals, the portal, email, WhatsApp, forms or report functions for an emergency. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency or need urgent medical attention, contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified healthcare provider immediately.
13. Privacy, Consent and Data Handling
CaribVitals handles personal, health-related and caregiver information in order to provide the service. Our collection, use, storage, disclosure, retention and security practices are governed by the CaribVitals Privacy Policy and applicable law.
By using CaribVitals, you authorize CaribVitals to process information reasonably necessary to provide the services you request, subject to the choices, consents and permissions applicable to the particular service or add-on.
Caregiver/family-member report sharing requires the Client’s authorization. The Client may revoke or change that authorization prospectively. Revocation stops future authorized delivery but cannot recall a report copy that was already lawfully delivered before the revocation took effect.
CaribVitals may maintain historical records of prior caregiver authorization, delivery, changes and audit activity for legitimate business, continuity, privacy, security and compliance purposes.
14. Third-Party Services and Payment Processors
CaribVitals may use third-party providers to support forms, hosting, portal functions, email, communications, payments, storage, document processing and other business operations. These providers may have their own terms, privacy policies and security practices.
Where a third-party payment processor is used, CaribVitals does not control the processor’s independent systems or processing times. CaribVitals will rely on verified transaction information available through its approved payment and business processes before activating a plan, add-on, subsequent service period or reactivation.
Links to external websites, healthcare providers, payment services or other third-party resources do not mean that CaribVitals controls or guarantees those third parties.
15. Cancellation, Refunds and Credits
CaribVitals does not require a Client to cancel a future automatic renewal because plans do not automatically renew. A cancellation request applies to the Client’s existing active plan. CaribVitals will confirm the effective cancellation date, after which active service access and service delivery under that plan may stop. Voluntary cancellation of an already-commenced prepaid period does not ordinarily create a full or prorated refund for unused time.
If the Client later wishes to use CaribVitals again after cancellation, expiry or inactivity, the Client must resubscribe to an available plan, make the required payment and complete any reactivation or information-update steps reasonably required by CaribVitals. Prior CLIENT_ID and historical records are normally preserved.
Refunds, credits, reversals and other payment remedies remain available for circumstances that genuinely justify redress, including verified duplicate or unauthorized payments, material billing errors, a paid service CaribVitals could not provide, verified service failures where re-performance is not reasonably sufficient, processor corrections, or any remedy required by applicable law. The current CaribVitals Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms and provides additional detail.
Cancellation, expiry of a prepaid service period or later inactivity does not automatically erase historical records that CaribVitals is permitted or required to retain.
The Caregiver/Family Member rules in Sections 7 and 8 apply to each prepaid monthly report-copy entitlement. A paid entitlement is linked to one named caregiver and one applicable monthly Wellness Report. It does not automatically transfer to another recipient or future monthly report, and voluntary recipient changes do not ordinarily create a refund, credit or transfer solely for that reason.
A chargeback, reversal or refund affecting an add-on does not automatically cancel a separately paid core plan. A reversal affecting core service may affect downstream service and caregiver-report eligibility.
16. MyCaribVitals Portal and Account Security
Where MyCaribVitals access is provided, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for notifying CaribVitals promptly if you believe your account or device has been compromised.
You must not attempt to access another person’s account or records without authorization, interfere with the portal or underlying systems, upload malicious material, or use CaribVitals services for unlawful purposes.
CaribVitals may temporarily restrict portal functions where reasonably necessary to protect privacy, security, system integrity or compliance, or where a paid feature is not currently active.
17. Intellectual Property and Use of CaribVitals Materials
CaribVitals owns or licenses its service design, templates, branding, report layouts, portal design, written materials, software logic and other proprietary materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership of CaribVitals intellectual property to you.
You may use your own CaribVitals reports and copies provided to you for personal, caregiving and healthcare-continuity purposes. You may share your own information as you choose, subject to the privacy rights of other persons whose information may appear in the material.
You may not reproduce CaribVitals branding, templates, software, system materials or commercial content for resale, competitive use or misrepresentation without permission.
18. Service Availability and Changes
CaribVitals aims to provide reliable service, but no online or communications system is guaranteed to be continuously available. Maintenance, internet disruption, provider outages, email filtering, technical failures, security events, force majeure and other events outside reasonable control may affect availability or delivery times.
CaribVitals may update processes, forms, portal features, communications or operational methods as the service evolves, provided those changes do not improperly remove a paid entitlement already owed for the applicable coverage period.
Where automation fails, CaribVitals may use a controlled manual process to complete or recover a legitimate Client service action. Manual recovery will be recorded as a manual action rather than falsely recorded as an automated success.
19. Disclaimers and Responsibility Boundaries
CaribVitals organizes and communicates information; it does not verify every clinical fact independently and does not guarantee that Client-supplied, caregiver-supplied or third-party information is complete, current or clinically accurate.
CaribVitals is not responsible for the independent clinical decisions, acts, omissions, diagnoses, treatment, advice or records of doctors, hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies, insurers, caregivers or other third parties.
CaribVitals does not promise any particular medical, health, financial or insurance outcome. Reports and continuity information are intended to support organization and communication, not replace professional judgment.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. CaribVitals remains responsible for performing its own agreed service obligations with reasonable care.
20. Complaints and Service Concerns
If you believe there is an error, payment issue, privacy concern, failed communication, caregiver-delivery problem or other service concern, contact CaribVitals as soon as reasonably possible so that the matter can be reviewed.
CaribVitals may ask for information reasonably necessary to investigate a complaint, verify identity, trace a transaction, confirm authorization or correct the affected record. Where a payment or privacy dispute cannot be resolved immediately, CaribVitals may temporarily hold the affected action while the matter is reviewed.
21. Changes to These Terms
CaribVitals may revise these Terms as the service, legal requirements or operating model changes. The current version will be identified by an effective date and version number.
Material changes that affect ongoing Client rights or obligations will be communicated through a reasonable channel, such as the website, portal, email or another approved notice method. Changes will generally apply prospectively and will not be used to retroactively remove a paid entitlement that CaribVitals already owes for an existing coverage period.
22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Subject to any applicable consumer or dispute-resolution rights, disputes arising from these Terms or CaribVitals services are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Trinidad and Tobago.

For privacy-related matters, CaribVitals may publish a dedicated privacy contact address in the Privacy Policy. If a dedicated address is not published, use the general CaribVitals contact channel and mark the message “Privacy”.
24. Acceptance and Electronic Agreement
Before an electronic purchase or resubscription is completed, CaribVitals should make available, directly or by clear accessible link, the material information needed to understand the transaction, including the service or add-on being purchased, the price and applicable charges, payment method, prepaid service period, Activation Date or coverage basis where applicable, monthly reporting-cycle explanation, cancellation/refund terms, Privacy Policy and these Terms in a form the purchaser can access and retain.
CaribVitals should also make clear before payment that plans do not automatically renew, no new service period is automatically charged, and continued access after the current paid period requires an active resubscription or payment for a new service period.
By actively selecting an “I agree”, “I confirm”, checkbox or equivalent acceptance control during onboarding, purchase, resubscription or another approved CaribVitals electronic process, you confirm that you had the opportunity to review the applicable transaction information and these Terms and agree to be bound by the version presented or linked to you at that time.
Where a Client is receiving assistance only, the Client—not the helper—must provide the applicable acceptance or confirmation whenever the Client is capable of doing so. Where an Authorized Representative provides acceptance on behalf of the Client, CaribVitals may require that representative’s authority to be verified before the acceptance is relied upon for activation or material account actions.
CaribVitals should retain reasonable evidence of acceptance, including the acceptance status, date/time, Client or transaction reference, and the applicable Terms version where operationally available.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not complete the acceptance step or continue with the affected CaribVitals service. Contact CaribVitals if you need clarification before proceeding.
